In Gardening 101 you will learn about proper bed preparation and how to use natural resources whenever possible to stimulate growth and a healthy harvest. We will also discuss timing and allowing your soil to rest during certain periods of the year.
Healthy Eating and Becoming Self Sufficent
Healthy Eating and having the confidence in knowing exactly what's in your plants, is so much better than hoping that food suppliers are doing the right thing for your health. If there are ever food shortages it's always great to know that you can grow it yourself! There is a real peace that comes from knowing that.
